World Trade Centers (WTC) has tied up with Indian coliving operator CoHo to offer rental housing totalling around 10,000 beds for students and working professionals.

CoHo will manage these properties across the country, tapping into the growing preference towards quality offerings and work from home setups.

With more than 300 World Trade Centers in nearly 100 countries, the World Trade Centers Association provides a portfolio of branded offices and commercial real estate globally. CoHo, which set up in 2015, currently has about 3,500 beds mainly in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru.
