The World Health Organisation is seeing there are signs of some stabilisation in Europe’s Coronavirus outbreak, as Italy has reported the smallest number of new cases in almost two weeks.

In Spain, tighter restrictions on public life have been introduced, ordering non-essential workers to stay home during the Easter period. Austria, Greece and Cyprus have also up their own measures, followed by Russia imposing a lockdown with limited exceptions for emergencies.

Chinese experts are advising Italian officials to shift to mass quarantining of Coronavirus patients with mild symptoms to avoid them isolating at home and so infecting others.
