In an attempt to cut costs, WeWork is reportedly looking to offload its coliving brand WeLive, following another project under the brand, a school coined WeGrow, which closed last year.

WeWork is subject to a lawsuit after backing out of a deal for a $450 million investment in a San Francisco development intended to showcase WeLive.

The company has been offering discounts including two free months if coliving tenants sign annual leases for its locations in Crystal City and Wall Street.
