UKHospitality’s report ‘Hospitality Workforce Commission 2030’ is calling on government to reduce financial pressure on the sector and to support employment initiatives, after a series of parliamentary select committee-style hearings in which fifty people from across politics and hospitality express their concerns.

Measures include promoting a positive impression of careers in hospitality and increasing the threshold for employer National Insurance Contribution from £6,000 to £12,000.
