TUI Group is paying Hotelbeds Group, which it sold itself in 2016 for $1.3 billion, $136 million to buy its destination management unit as part of its Spanish subsidiary TUI Destination Services,

The division offers excursions, transfers, tours and activities, and handling for cruise companies in ports, which sector is an important part of TUI’s plans. Hotelbeds will can now concentrate on its accommodation offering.
