Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, which has had residences for 34 years, is launching standalone projects. Yotel launched YotelPad at the start of 2018, aiming more affordable spaces at a younger audience. The Four Seasons pipeline of 50-plus hotels and resorts in development, 80% with a residential component.
