According to data from ASAP Business Partner STR, serviced apartments in Edinburgh hold the second highest revenue per available room level in the UK, ranking behind only London.

This year to date up to August 2017, while London’s RevPAR ranked first at £169.05, Edinburgh serviced apartments substantially outperformed market averages across the UK outside London at £105.17, with Manchester third  at £78.31.

London currently accounts for more than half of the available serviced apartment units in the UK (4,409 rooms), whereas Edinburgh accounts for roughly 6% (530 rooms).

“The sector is booming across the UK as consumers increasingly choose serviced apartments as their accommodation of choice,” said James Foice, ASAP CEO.
