Staying Cool has announced plans for a new 41 unit apartment hotel in Manchester within the Whitworth Street / Princess Street Conservation Area, with the regeneration of a former cotton warehouse which has been empty for several years.

In January Staying Cool won a competitive tender, led by CBRE, to find the right hotel or serviced apartment operator and if their joint planning application is approved, work will start in the Autumn and open late 2018.

This is the first scheme in the joint partnership with Bespoke Hotels which will see the Staying Cool brand roll out across the UK, and will join the 45 bed Staying Cool apartment hotel on the top floors of Birmingham’s Rotunda.
