ASAP Quality Accredited Operator Member Staycity’s seven-storey, 343-unit aparthotel planned to regenerate the site of a fruit and veg distribution depot in Dublin is facing problems, since the site is near a medieval abbey, and it is believed there is likely to be an associated graveyard nearby.

The city Council has ordered the omission of the development’s basement, and has requested further archaeological work to search for the potential human remains.
