ASAP Member, Dublin-based Staycity Group, has announced a new flexible loan facility negotiated with Dunport Capital giving it £19.1m to support its ongoing growth plans.

The group also revealed positive trading year for 2019 with “record” occupancies across its portfolio, including its entry into the German market with the opening of a 48-apartment Wilde Aparthotel by Staycity, a 284-key aparthotel near Disneyland Paris and its second aparthotel in Edinburgh under its Wilde brand.

2020 will see a new 224-apartment property in Manchester’s Northern Quarter and a 142-apartment building on Dublin’s Mark Street.
