San Francisco-based startup Sonder is now offering units at a modern development in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Sonder recently announced a $200 million funding round, raising $560 million to date, and has 11,000 spaces under lease across more than 35 cities. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Sonder promotes numerous contactless features including digital concierge, check-ins/outs via smartphone, no crowded front desks, and professionally cleaned, self-contained spaces.

Competitor Airbnb saw a 90% drop in bookings at the height of the pandemic and a 25% cut in its workforce, but is starting to back.
