Roomzzz sets foot in Scotland with new Edinburgh venue
ASAP Member Roomzzz Aparthotels, which first opened in Leeds fifteen years ago, will be opening a new Edinburgh venue next summer, its first site in Scotland.
The new site is the first post-pandemic, and the company is anticipating further developments in the UK and Europe, with discussions now progressing. There are currently 10 Roomzzz properties across the UK, in Yorkshire, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Nottingham.
Robert Alley, chief operating officer, says: “During the challenges of the past 15 months, serviced apartments have fared considerably better than traditional hotels with higher occupancy levels as customers have discovered they offer greater flexibility, a range of excellent facilities and privacy.”
