The Priceline Group, with brands including Booking.com, Priceline.com, Kayak, Agoda, Rentalcars.com and OpenTable, has changed its name to Booking Holdings Inc with no operational changes.

Amsterdam-based Booking.com accounts for “a significant majority” (undisclosed) of Booking Holdings’ gross bookings and operating profit.

Priceline.com’s acquisition of Booking.com is considered one of the three greatest internet-era acquisitions in terms of returns, and the company operates in more than 220 countries, with more than 1 million bookings per day on average.
