ASAP is delighted to announce that PREMIER SUITES have met stringent standards of safety, duty of care, comfort and service, and added Building Accreditation to their existing Compliance and Quality Accreditations.

We are delighted to be one of the first Serviced Apartment Operators to achieve the ISAAP Building Accreditation across the brand.

The ISAAP Building Accreditation Programme is only awarded to a building or property belonging to a provider who already holds ISAAP Quality Accreditation. The Programme assesses a serviced accommodation building against more than 250 criteria, taking into account security, duty of care, service and due diligence, from documentation as well as a physical site visit.
Among the building-specific criteria assessed are the condition and presentation of the building, its lighting, signage, access and service from staff. The genuine guest experience is measured, with an assessor making an overnight stay, and other units are also inspected to ensure a consistency of quality.
Once Accreditation is awarded, the same set of criteria are reviewed and updated bi-annually so they remain relevant, and to retain credibility and value. Meanwhile the successful provider is given help to promote the standard of quality and compliance standards achieved at that location, to give assurance both to corporate buyers and consumers that the highest standards have been met.
