Portugal Tourism and the UNWTO have announced the launch of the €24 million Tourism International Academy, to be based in Estoril. The aim is to train people from all over the world, and promoting Portugal as a destination for students as an international hub for the development of new tourism projects.

The campus will include a training centre, business incubator, the Macao Institute of Tourism and a student accommodation residency building for 150 students.
