Plans to bulldoze a derelict pub and turn it into 38 purpose-built co-living apartments have been submitted to the Reading Council, amounting to two three-storey buildings with ten parking spaces managed by MyPad.

Previously destined to become student accommodation, the co-living flats are aimed at young professionals looking for private accommodation in a secure communal development.
