The ASAP Salary Survey is the only dedicated salary survey for the serviced apartment sector and is now heading into its 4th year.

Previously reporting on over 70 different positions across 9 key areas, the 2019 Survey, which offers a very valuable benchmark for salaries across the serviced apartment sector will now provide data for over 100 positions across 13 key areas:

  • Housekeeping
  • Purchasing
  • Front office
  • Concierge
  • Food & Beverage / MICE
  • Maintenance
  • Security
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Revenue and Reservations
  • IT
  • Technical Services
  • Finance, and
  • Human Resources.

Previously, the data within the survey has come from ASAP Member companies only, but for the first time ASAP is offering the opportunity for any Serviced Apartment Operator or agent Company within the UK and Ireland to submit their data so as to increase the value of the information further.  ASAP Members who participate and submit their data will receive their completed survey free of charge and non-member companies who participate by submitting their data can secure the salary survey at ASAP Member rates as a thank you for their participation!

Data collection information has now been issued to all ASAP members and we are already working on collating the data, but if you’ve not received this, or indeed if as a non-member company you’d like to submit data for this valuable benchmark then please contact Karen Taylor at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk for further information and to obtain the information on how to submit your data.

The survey offers the opportunity for the Association to provide those within the sector a valuable tool on the current salary levels across the key areas within the sector and it will be released in July 2019.
