The local community and other stakeholders around an old laundry in Bath have been asked for feedback on proposals to create Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) on the site.

The results showed a clear preference for a more residential scheme to meet the needs of young people currently priced out of traditional housing in the city.

The developer has now revised its plans to bring forward a new co-living residential scheme.

As well as residential apartments, the scheme would include break-out areas for dining and recreation, communal cooking areas, social seating pods and group workstations.
