Last month, ASAP Member Oakwood announced plans to expand its branded hospitality services with a goal of doubling its branded properties by 2025 globally, starting in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Oakwood currently has 20 properties due to open over the next two years across the Asia Pacific region, two properties in Dubai in 2021 and several active proposals across the US.

It is keen to explore resort locations including locations in China, having recently signed two properties in a ski resort within the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Zone, as well as Australia where it has recently signed a flagship property in Melbourne.
