New RM1bn investment in Aeropod to include Serviced Apartments

Developer S P Setia is looking to invest in retail offices, a boutique hotel and two blocks of 800 serviced apartments in the ground-breaking 60-acre (24.28ha) Aeropod development in Kota Kinabalu in 2016.

Aeropod is an integrated development and transportation hub offering serviced apartments, offices, a 300,000 sq ft lifestyle retail mall, international class hotels, the SoVo (Smart Office, Versatile Office) Exchange, luxury residential towers and a modern railway station. It is linked to Kota Kinabalu central by two new flyovers launched by S P Setia at a high-profile media ceremony on November 27th 2015.
