A new report from hospitality recruiter The Change Group, based on registered candidates in 2017, reveals pay disparity by gender, nationality and job function, with a 7.3% gender pay gap, representing around £2,000, across the hospitality sector.

There was also a pay gap by nationality with British staff paid on average more than 20% (over £5,800) more than employees from the EU, and 14.4% (over £4,300) more than those from outside the EU.
