Four more new recruits have joined Manchester’s Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites first dual-branded hotel, to be managed by ASAP Operator Member Cycas Hospitality, as its opening date approaches.
The 328-room, 19-storey building will open to the public in early 2018.
Paul Davies has become Operations Manager of Staybridge Suites after joining from iQ Student Accommodation; Nathaniel Farrell, who has spent four years as a chef in Copenhagen, is now Executive Head Chef at the dual-branded hotel; Martin Sromek joins the Crowne Plaza as Food & Beverage Operations Manager, previously Operations Manager at the Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre; and Christian Bendixen from Denmark, most recently at Hilton Manchester Deansgate, has been named Rooms Operations Manager at the Crowne Plaza.
