Marriott is opening up its 110,000 Marriott Moments bookable activities, recommended by local experts, chefs, actors, sporting stars and staff, to both guests and non-guests, with a further 8,000 experiences available only to loyalty programme members.

Marriott Moments is offered through a partnership with PlacePass, and can be researched and booked through Facebook Messenger on a smartphone.

There is another new partnership with Eatwith, offering local culinary experiences in over 130 countries worldwide.
