Kenyan financial investment company Cytonn is diversifying its financial base by launching CySuites apartment hotel in Nairobi, describing serviced apartments as charging less than hotels, offering more space and being more homelike. The complex offers 32- two bedroom apartments, six one-bedroom apartments and two penthouses, and has created more than 100 direct jobs.

Returns from serviced apartments in the city range 8-10%, compared with 4% from residential projects.
