The ASAP Events team is really excited to be adding to the lineup for the 2018 ASAP Convention almost by the day – more than 85 companies are already signed up for the event and delegates and exhibitors are being booked daily too, along with a growing list of speakers.

This year’s event will be a great leap forward. We will be introducing, and talking about, new technology – celebrating the future of technology in the sector and the efficiency and seamless guest experience it will ensure.

“I am so excited to be participating in the 2018 ASAP convention this year to network with the industry leaders and discuss topical themes that impact the industry.”

– Michael Kessler, CHief Revenue Officer, ReviewPro

But also, importantly, we are focusing on the people at the core of our sector. All the technology in the world means nothing if our sector has no guests and no staff! So we’re just as focused on the best in customer service and the way forward to keep the wheels of hospitality turning, better than ever before.

Among other things, we’ll feature sessions on Brexit, its likely effect on hospitality and the new settlement process which will affect every company that employs EU nationals; and we’ll discuss diversity within our sector, customer service, OTAs and collaboration – sharing data and best practice within hospitality, for the good of all.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to participate in the 2018 ASAP convention. I have co-facilitated the leadership programmes with Janice, through ASAP, and find working with leaders within the sector both challenging and exciting. Employee engagement is a real challenge for today’s leaders and Janice and I are hoping to provide insight into increasing employee engagement during the interactive session.”

– Andy Knox, Business owner, trainer and coach,  Forward Learning and Development

Over the next couple of weeks we will be releasing more speaker names and session titles as everything is confirmed, so don’t delay in booking your tickets – we are looking to sell out this year!
