Throughout this year there is expected to be a 10% growth in the supply of serviced apartments and aparthotels in London, slightly higher across regional UK, further evidence the sector is becoming a mainstream competitor in the hotel market and one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK.

Supply in London is set to increase by over 1,000 units, making the capital’s share an anticipated 53%, with 24% of the total supply shared between Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Aberdeen.
