London hotels see occupancy decline in November due to growth in supply

ASAP Business Partner STR’s preliminary data for the month of November showed that compared to last year, London hotel occupancy levels fell by 2.8% to 83.7%, with ADR up 1% – the 13th month of growth – supply up by 3.3%, demand up 0.3% and RevPAR down by 1.8%.
