Sun Africa Hotels Group has announced plans to bring luxury serviced apartments in Hurlingham, Kilimani, in response to huge demand

The project will open late next year and will offer 20 studios and one-bedroom units to both business and leisure travellers.

Serviced apartments have become hugely popular in Kenya, especially with guests travelling as families and  business travellers looking for longer-term accommodation.

Investors are keen on the sector due to serviced apartments enjoying double the occupancy of hotels in Nairobi, especially among high-net-worth individuals and the rise of MICE tourism across the country
