“The message is very clear from the buyers – less evidence and more proof. Things like the accreditation programme that ASAP is supportive of is very important to us. Being able to provide the process is going to be key. The buyer has increased responsibilities and they are going to seek confidence and trust and that is likely to come out of the brands’ ability market themselves successfully but also real data evidence which proves this is how we operate. Health and safety will be the biggest deciding factor on purchasing in the foreseeable future and companies that can prove they are healthy and safe environments will be more successful than those who can’t”
