A poll of attendees at the IHG Expo 2018 found that 30% of travel managers believe that traveller satisfaction is a top priority, over duty of care, cost management and policy compliance, and 52% believe that personalisation, such as choice of in-room amenities, will have the biggest impact on corporate travellers.

Three quarters of travel managers find the travel needs of millennials, who tend to expect flexibility, experiences and the latest technology, more complex than those of other generations.
