Hotels are increasingly co-opting elements of serviced accommodation such as aparthotels, serviced apartments or co-living developments, either as a fully integrated offering or creating a dual-branded concept, using design to help tell the ‘neighbourhood story’ and opening bars, restaurants and gyms to non-guests.
