Technology company Proxce has launched an enhanced digital guest experience platform, allowing hotels to personalise the guest stay end-to-end.

The rules-based (if this happens, then do that) SaaS offering connects guest profiles with connected devices to provide mobile services automatically – such as check-in and downloading an electronic key on the guest’s phone instantly, when the guest enters the hotel for the first time, or triggering an alert to parking staff when a guest leaves the room, so the car will be ready.
