For the third year running, Hilton has been named as one of the World’s Best Workplaces by the research and training consultancy Great Place to Work, taking the second top on the list, between Salesforce and Mars. It is the only hospitality company in the top ten, with only Hyatt Hotels also making the top 25 at number 14.

Reasons given by employees include Hilton’s culture, benefits and travel perks, while the company cites its global career development opportunities and training, parental leave, adoption assistance, GED support and discounted stays at Hilton properties.
