ASAP Quality Accredited Operator Member Native has announced it will operate a redeveloped Grade II listed cluster of three Victorian buildings behind Birmingham’s Council House, empty since 2014, as a 173-unit aparthotel.

Owner Euro Property Investments Ltd already gained permission in 2016 to convert the buildings into offices with restaurant and cafes, but the new 4-star hotel plans include a ground-floor restaurant, coffee shop, fitness studio and drop-in office facilities, and a rooftop conservatory with open courtyard area.
