A new concept for flexible living has been gaining ground amongst digital nomads, expats and locals around the world looking for longer-term, flexible, no-strings-attached accommodation, sharing with a like-minded community a suite of amenities and services.

This article interviews the founder of the newly opened KeSa House which offers both short- and long-term flexible-living accommodations within old shophouses, with six food and beverage outlets, on the Keong Saik Road in Singapore. 

The concept focuses on design, quality, value, a centralised location and a great experience and offers more relaxation and communal areas than conventional hotels and serviced apartments.
