Marlin Apartments, the largest owner-operator of serviced apartments in the UK has been granted planning permission for an extra floor at its first aparthotel in central London.
Marlin Apartments is to include a revised total of 236 rooms in its aparthotel near Waterloo after receiving planning permission from the local council. Scheduled to open in 2017, the new development is going to be the company’s seventh property and its first aparthotel venture.
Situated at 111 Westminster Bridge Road, the aparthotel will be less than a ten minute walk to Waterloo Station, The House of Parliament and The London Eye, offering business travellers easy access to not only prime business locations but also key tourist attractions in the city. In addition to ground floor retail units and restaurants, the new building will also feature flexible meeting space on-site, providing business travellers with the required space for informal catch-ups and meetings. Similar to Marlin’s serviced apartments, a wide range of Sky TV channels will also be made available in the aparthotel.
