Chinese travel group Ctrip has opened its first flagship store on the Hyatt website and mobile app, giving over 300 million Ctrip members access to Hyatt hotels in the Greater China region, with plans to roll this out globally very soon.

Ctrip loyalty members will be offered special rates at Hyatt hotels and resorts around the world and will be able to join World of Hyatt.

The two brands will continue to collaborate to provide cost-effective, high-quality, seamless travel experiences across the platforms.
