ASAP Business Partner CRITON, intuitive app builder for the hospitality sector, has announced the launch of a group app functionality enabling accommodation providers with multiple properties to include information on each one within a single container app.

ASAP Quality Accredited Operator Member Cheval Residences is the first serviced apartment group to adopt the new technology, offering eight properties listed within their new app. There is also a branded ‘parent’ app, allowing guests at any Cheval property to find everything they need to know about the property by downloading the app to their own smartphone.

Cheval Residences continues to be at the forefront of technology with its new website, offering the world’s first booking engine powered by artificial intelligence (AI), Allora, integrated by booking engine and conversion specialists, Avvio. Allora displays personalised content based on user interactions, automatically translating based on location. With this technology driving bookings and maxising user experience, Cheval Residences’ target is to reduce the contribution of OTAs to less than 10% of booked revenue by 2019.

Cheval has also incorporated social channels into the new website with a live Instagram feed @Chevalresidences shareable from the landing pages, blog and 360 tours.
