As part of its ongoing restructure, ASAP Member Cotels has created a new role of Guest Experience Manager, dedicated to ensuring the delivery of consistently high standards throughout the Cotels portfolio through housekeeping, maintenance, standards, compliance, accreditation and guest feedback.

Diane Mason (pictured) took up the role on the 6th November and brings extensive experience in senior management roles within HEART Academies Trust and The Saxon Clinic, a leading private hospital in Milton Keynes.
