Four European short-term rental property management companies have merged operations under a new brand, Altido, offering more than 1,700 distinctive properties in 21 destinations.

The merger of BnbBuddy, The London Residents Club, Hintown and RentExperience is aiming to run 2,500 properties by the end of the year.

The London Residents Club recently began supplying inventory to Homes & Villas by Marriott International, allowing guests to redeem loyalty points for stays at the properties, and Altido has said they intend to make more of their properties available to Marriott.

The company’s executives said all of their properties comply with local regulations for homesharing, making listings attractive for partners and aggregators like Airbnb, Booking, and Expedia.
