Hotel giant Choice Hotels International has completed its acquisition of the United States’ fastest growing economy extended-stay hotel-stay lodging brand, WoodSpring Suites, including its franchises. Completion is expected to add nearly 240 total extended-stay hotels spread throughout 35 US states bringing its total more than 350 extended-stay properties including Mainstay Suites and Suburban Extended Stay.

The brand, franchise options, marketing, and development are thought to have cost Choice around $231 million.
