ASAP Member Cheval Collection has announced it is committed to returning the benefit of the Government’s 15% VAT cut to its customers.

All stays from 15 July 2020 to 12 January 2021 are affected, and Cheval is already contacting all guests with stays during that period to refund any money they have prepaid or to offer them credit.

George Westwell, Cheval Collection CEO, said: With the reduction of VAT from 20% to 5%, we are delighted to be able to return this benefit directly to our customers. We see this as being particularly beneficial to our international clientele and hope to see a spike in international leisure travel as a result of this initiative. Cheval Collection has remained open during this period, with the support of our loyal guests, and we now look forward to being able to show our thanks by giving back to our customers. We have continually been adapting our procedures in line with government and health authority advice to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, whilst offering the best service possible and we are very much looking forward to continuing to welcome our guests to their home away from home over the coming months.
