Global hotel consultancy HVS has outlined one way serviced apartment operators are broadening their target market and their appeal, in combining serviced apartments and serviced offices in one building.

Operators such as Zoku in Amsterdam and Vision in Switzerland are already launching combined work/living spaces with partners, and this seems to be gathering pace as an imaginative development, and works especially well where serviced apartments are targeted at the corporate market.
