Digital recruitment platform Adia’s new white paper, Future of Flexible Work – Recruiting in the ‘now economy, says that Brexit, combined with the weak pound, will force UK businesses to embrace technology, and offer jobs on a non-permanent basis to reduce the cost of permanent employees.

The group says businesses will have to reach quality ‘flexible’ workers, those looking to top-up incomes or have flexibility in work patterns, faster, and recruit via social media, apps and other innovative methods.
