SACO The Serviced Apartment Company has today opened bookings for its newest property, and its first aparthotel in the City of London.
SACO The Cannon opens late March 2016. Located on London’s Cannon Street, it will have 77 well designed apartments, styled and equipped to meet the needs of today’s connected travellers. There will be an on-site gym and a communal area for guests to relax and work in. The new property will offer both corporate and leisure travellers unbeatable access to the heart of London, as well as a wealth of local amenities.
Each apartment will have superfast free Wi-Fi – with an unbeatable bandwidth of around 100mb per second, as well as Smart TVs and multi-sockets for guests’ own devices. From 2017, guests will also be able to use a SACO App to check-in, open apartment doors and access local information.
The new site will be made-up of 47 one bedroom apartments and 30 studios. Introductory opening rates are available from £120 per night for studios and £137 for one bedroom apartments (Ex. VAT).
The Cannon has been developed with guest feedback and trends in consumer demand at its heart, taken from SACO’s recent beapartofit research. Featuring an enhanced digital offering, it will represent a new template for the hospitality industry and the SACO brand.

SACO is launching The Cannon in phases with apartments available from late March, The Cannon Lounge opens from mid-April, and all amenities and rooms open from the end of June 2016.
