ASAP Member Ascott is rolling out its Saudi Graduate Programme across the group’s Jeddah properties, where its operation is growing, to train up high-achieving Saudi nationals to succeed in top managerial positions within the kingdom’s burgeoning hospitality sector.

The company’s turnover ratio of Saudi staff has fallen from 58% in 2016 to less than 15% so far this year, and a successful female graduate is about to take on management of a property for the first time.
