ASAP Quality Accredited Operator Member Ascott has entered a strategic alliance with Cebu Landmasters Inc (CLI), to seek, develop and manage 1,600 units by 2022.
Management contracts have been signed for four properties top open between 2019 and 2021 under the Citadines and lyf brands in Bacolod, Cebu City and Davao City, offering over 800 units. The latest contracts increase Ascott’s portfolio in the Philippines to over 4,300 units.

Ascott has also announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, to pioneer a green building certification for serviced residences as part of its Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) system.
