Planning approval has been recommended for a six-storey 56-room aparthotel and three floors of office space close to Liverpool’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, opposite the grade II-listed gates to Victoria and Trafalgar Docks.

The 21 studios, 16 one-bed, 14 two-bed and five three-bed duplex apartments are to feature balconies or terraces (above the first floor) and kitchens and will share 20 parking places.
