Amazon Web Services has been promoting its cloud-based services to the hospitality sector, and has launched a slew of job ads seeking people with knowledge of airlines, cruise lines, hotels and restaurants.

The new recruits include a head of marketing for hospitality and travel to coordinate a holistic marketing strategy, and a cloud-savvy global business development leader with travel sector experience.

Airbnb and OYO Rooms are among those leveraging all of the advantages of cloud since launching, while Barceló, Sabre and revenue management services provider Duetto are among those also benefiting from the technology in recent times.
