Analysis by ASAP Business Partner Savills suggests that London’s Airbnb hosts are converting their property into long-term lets during the global lockdown.
Now Airbnb itself is looking towards actively pushing hosts and guests towards stays lasting more than one month, challenging listings sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla for the traditional letting market, which is is probably intended to stop hosts defecting to the long-term rental markets en masse.
